JIN GANG^TM  Ceramic Rollers

JIN GANG^TM ceramic rollers are made with patented Cool Isostatic Pressing Technique.Therefore, they have advantages of high bulk density, low water absorption and excellent strength under high temperature. They are widely used in industrial kilns, such as building ceramics, household porcelain, microcrystal glass, magnetic materials and so on.

S-6000(GF98): is durable for life used under 1400. Its high temperature bending strength under 1350 exceeds 70Mpa.

S-4000(DF95): has the largest sales volume and is the best choice for roller kiln. The output can be increased by 15%-20% compared with using non-isostatic pressing rollers.

S-3000(VF95): with the properties of excellent shock resistance, especially fitting for kilns for glazed tiles. It has the best cost performance.

VS-3000(VJ95): can suffer from blowing from strong airflow in fast cooling section. It is especially suitable for applying in fast cooling section of roller kiln.

KF-A: With excellent characteristics of resistance to alkali, oil and cinder, this kind of roller is fit for kilns with heavy oil, oil mixture, residual oil, coal tar, water gas and strong alkaline atmosphere.
