Introduction:Mr. Peng Gang graduated from Tsing Hua University in 1992. Afterwards, he worked in the R&D department of Foshan Ceramic Research Institute, and specialized in advanced ceramic research and crystal SIC roller technology. In 1999, he became the acting deputy general manager in charge of new product development.

Introduction:Mr. Fen Bing graduated from Tsing Hua University in 1987 and received his MBA degree from South China University of technology in 2001. He was appointed director of Foshan Ceramics Research Institute and general manager of Guangdong Jingang New Materials Co., Ltd. in 2000, by the FOTAO group. Meanwhile, he is also the Chairman of Foshan Ceramic Society and committee member of Chinese Ceramics Society.
